"Spatial and Urban Development Agency" has formally approved the detailed urban development plan for "Ambassadori Island Batumi"

The document, which was approved by the "Spatial and Urban Development Agency", includes a proposal for the establishment of a multifunctional tourist complex on two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island. The development is set to encompass an area of 84 hectares.

The development plan for the artificial peninsulas and island was prepared by the British company Arup, a global company with many years of experience in urban planning. A comprehensive feasibility study for the project was prepared by the London and Tbilisi offices of Colliers.
