Construction of Ambassadori Island Batumi's First Tower Progresses Simultaneously Across Two Zones

Construction of The First Tower of Ambassadori Island Batumi—the first artificial island project in the Black Sea is progressing according to schedule. The multifunctional complex, which will feature residential apartments, a five-star hotel, a vertiport, wellness facilities, and premium-class infrastructure, has entered another significant stage of construction.

Construction activities are currently advancing simultaneously across two key zones of the site.

In Zone A, work is focused on the construction of the third floor. The formwork area for the floor slab has already reached 3,820 square metres, while 950 linear metres of reinforcement are being installed in preparation for the next concrete pour. Upon completion, this three-level structure will accommodate a modern parking facility designed for up to 300 vehicles, providing convenient access and enhanced comfort for residents and visitors.

In Zone B, foundation piling works are actively underway, including the full cycle of drilling, pile preparation, and installation. Upon completion of this stage, construction will proceed with the preparation of the elevator shafts and the next structural phases of the building.

To ensure the structural integrity and long-term stability of the high-rise building on the artificial peninsula, advanced engineering solutions meeting the highest international standards are being implemented. The foundation piles extend to a depth of 65 metres, providing a solid base for the future structure.

The Ambassadori Island Batumi project continues to demonstrate exceptional development momentum. Construction is progressing significantly ahead of the original schedule, with investment commitments being fulfilled five years ahead of plan. The 48-hectare land area formed in the Black Sea has already been officially commissioned, while above-ground construction works continue to advance rapidly across the project site, further highlighting the scale and dynamic progress of the development.The Ambassadori Island Batumi project is distinguished by its unprecedented pace of development. Ambassadori Group is implementing the Black Sea’s first artificial island project in cooperation with leading international companies, including the global engineering and consulting firm Arup, the architectural and engineering company Yüksel Proje, and the prestigious American architectural firm SHoP Architects.
