“Ambassadori Island Batumi” Preparing to Bring 48 Hectares of Land Into Operation

Eight months after the launch of the unique artificial island project in Batumi, a 26-hectare land plot has already been put into operation. By January, this area will increase to 48 hectares.
“Thanks to very intensive work, we have already created around 20 hectares of land on the second peninsula. In parallel with construction, after receiving the building permit for the already approved 26 hectares, Ambassadori Island is now hosting three large-scale projects whose development is already underway,” - says the project’s CEO, Gocha Kamkia.
Construction has begun on the 26-hectare peninsula that has officially entered operation. The ultramodern multifunctional complex being built there carries historic significance, as it represents the first building to rise on the island. The complex will include residential apartments, a hotel, a helipad, recreational and wellness facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centers, and branded boutique shops.
